| Job Summary |
We are looking for Food and Beverage Cast Members to support the Morocco Pavilion at World Showcase at EPCOT! Candidates must be able to authentically represent Morocco in culture, heritage, traditions, and language. At Walt Disney World Resort, our Part-Time Quick Service Cast Members play a vital role in a strong team, provide outstanding guest service, answer guest questions, and interact with guests from all over the world. Tasks include taking orders, operating POS, handling cash, fulfilling orders, preparing food, maintaining inventory, and ensuring cleanliness. Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour. | Responsibilities |
• Greet and interact with guests, offer assistance, provide information, and explain venue offerings. • Maintain venue theming while maintaining a character in the show. • Adhere to food safety regulatory requirements. • Capture and input orders into POS system. • Handle cash and other forms of payment. • Handle all types of food, including common allergens. • Demonstrate knowledge of common wine, beer, and cocktails at selected locations. • Open, pour, and handle alcoholic beverages. • Provide excellent guest service. |
| Basic Qualifications |
• Must be at least 18 years of age. • Demonstrate cultural authenticity related to Morocco. • Work with and around all foods and food allergens. • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Manage, prioritize, and support multiple responsibilities. • Observational skills to identify guest needs and ensure safety. • Understand and explain menu offerings. • Adhere to food safety requirements. • Partner with team for operational adjustments. • Passion for connecting with guests and cast members. • Operate mobile devices and computer systems. • Physical roles including lifting, bending, standing, climbing, kneeling. • Exposure to extreme temperatures. • May handle cleaning chemicals and supplies. |
| Preferred Qualifications |
• Bilingualism preferred. • Full availability for any shift, seven days a week including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Part-time: minimum three days per week, including nights and holidays. |

• Schedule Availability: Theme parks and resort hotels operate 24/7. Shifts may start as early as 5:00am and end as late as 3:00–5:00am.
