Responsibilities: Bruker OST LLC is hiring a Production Technician for the second shift at Carteret, NJ location. This role involves working with advanced production machinery. Operate high-tech equipment on production floor Support maintenance and engineering teams Perform preventive maintenance Ensure production targets and quality standards Follow standard work and safety rules Process improvement and compliance Maintain clean and safe work area (7S) Help train new employees Work with Quality and Process Engineers Use problem solving and root cause analysis Maintain visual boards and records Qualifications: High school / trade school / associate degree required 5+ years manufacturing experience Ability to use complex machinery Basic math & computer skills (Excel) English reading & writing required Understand safety procedures Overtime work required Authorized to work in USA Salary & Benefits: $26 – $30 per hour + overtime available.
